Founded in Tampa in 1957, Bay Stage Lighting’s event production experience and design expertise derives from having a team of top certified industry professionals who have designed, planned, and managed local and national iconic events for numerous public figures, politicians, and A-List celebrities. 

Bay Stage Lighting’s management strengths encompass every aspect of a political production; whether it be a private delegate reception, a large-scale campaign rally, or any other gathering surrounding the 2012 RNC Convention. Our experience also includes working with National Special Security Events.

Utilizing the latest design technology throughout every aspect of a production supports our principle of efficient planning, strategic designing, and flawlessly executing events of all sizes. Our warehouse and offices are conveniently located in the heart of Tampa, housing our one-of-a-kind “Dream Theater.”  Here, the latest 3-D design software, digital renderings of complete production designs are created, showcased, and customized in a real-time digital preview. 

Constant communication and review of production plans with the client hold high importance with our team, as does extreme organization and precise execution.
